National Agricultural Research and Innovation Centre, Hungary

The National Agricultural Research and Innovation Centre of Hungary carries out research and development in the field of the food industry, as well as provides data and information on food technologies and food safety.

In the scope of a recent reorganisation of the institute and complying with the “farm to fork” concept of the European Union, the research profile of KÉKI has been expanded to cover agro-environmental safety issues as major factors for food nutritional value and contamination. The institute operates under the lead of the Ministry of Rural Development.
